Bad experience over all. New faces everytime you go in. Lopsided hair cut. No advice on products after looking for 10 minutes

I went in this morning to sports clips for a haircut. I had a coupon for a free haircut. When Francis seen my coupon she immediately told me it would be 10 extra dollars. She said if I wanted my hair layered it would be 10 extra dollars. I told her my hair was already layered and I just needed a trim. She said it would be still be 10 extra dollars since I had long hair. It is $15 for seniors which I am and 10 extra dollars since I have hair to my shoulders. That's $25! I can go to Great Clips for $14. You do the math!
